**Credit-Based System**: Our service uses a credit system where you purchase "generates" (resume/cover letter generations). • **Free Tier**: Limited free generates for new users • **Paid Plans**: One-time purchases of generate credits (no recurring subscriptions) • **No Expiration**: Purchased generates do not expire **Refund Policy**: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you haven't used more than 3 generates. Contact support for refund requests. **Payment Processing**: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.

You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose • Generate fraudulent or misleading resume content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission • Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits • Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service • Resell or redistribute generated content commercially We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

**Our Content**: IdealResume, its logos, features, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. **Your Content**: You retain ownership of the personal information and content you provide. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service. **Generated Resumes**: Resumes generated using our Service are yours to use freely for personal job applications.

By installing our Chrome Extension, you agree to: • Allow the extension to access job posting pages on supported sites • Have your saved jobs synced to your IdealResume account • Accept our data collection practices as described in our Privacy Policy The extension is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for changes to third-party job sites that may affect functionality.

**Accuracy**: Our AI generates content based on the information you provide. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that all generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. **Review Required**: You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use. Do not submit resumes or applications without reviewing them first. **No Guarantee of Results**: We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews or offers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for third-party services or content This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
